Arriving and leaving
The cottage is available on the day
of arrival from 16.00 and must be vacated
on the day of departure by 13.00 noon. Other times can also be
agreed on.
Outside of season on weekends, you can stay until 20.00.
We will keep the
cottage reserved for you for a few days after the initial booking
and
confirm your reservation under the terms specified here on receipt
of your reservation
deposit. The retainer is 25% of the whole payment and it must be
payed on t
he same day or as agreed otherwise The final payment is due three
weeks before
the beginning of the rental period. The renter must be 18 years old.
If the number of guests or pets exceeds the numbers specified in the
reservation, please inform us about this as soon as possible.
The rental
includes
Free use of the cottage, sauna and
rowing-boat (plus the canoe if the cottage
specification includes a canoe). All cottages also have furniture,
cookware and
tableware. Firewood and electricity are included in the rental.
The beds have mattresses,
blankets and pillows. Guests should bring their own
sheets and pillowcases. We hire bed linen for € 10 per person on
request. Any changes,
like more guests or pets, must be informed as soon as possible.
Smoking indoors is
strictly prohibited. Any changes, like more guests or pets, must be

as possible. Using extra housing, for example a tent, must be
informed.
Renting in winter
In winter, you can rent
the place pre-heated as agreed and the roads free of snow. During
the reservation period we keep the roads snow-free for you. The
tenant moves in the trails
and stairs on the property at one's own risk and must keep them
snow-free by him-/herself.
In case of an
accident
The tenant is obliged to inform and compensate any accidents to the
cottage, it's movables
or surroundings, to the owner of the property.
The renter can't be
held responsible for any damage to the client, that is caused by
force majeure or any such accident that is caused by normal natural
phenomenons.
Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is available
for an extra charge and must be booked when reserving
the cottage. Otherwise guests are expected to do the end-of-stay
cleaning. You should
leave the cottage in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
Cleaning equipment
and detergents are provided.
Cottage holiday
in winter
Our cottages are available for hire
year round. In winter the cottage will be
heated and the access road cleared of snow before your arrival.
Cancellation
terms
If the cottage reservation is
cancelled without substantial reason, like sudden accident
or sickness, the deposit paid in conjunction with the
reservation will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made later
than 48 hours before
the rental period, no payments are refunded unless the cottage can
be re-hired. If the
reservation must be ended because of bad behaviour, no payments will
be refunded.
Outroor paths are nearby, so there are good opportunities for nordic
walking.
